Sponsorship Opportunities
Chamber Before Hours Host - $200
The perfect way to grow your business and make it shine.
Typically held on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 7:30–8:30 am. A Chamber member hosts/sponsors a caffeinated meet-and-greet at their business. Attendance at these easy-going networking events averages 30 members, so it’s good to bring business cards. Who knows? You might have a brand-new customer before your working day has even begun!
Chamber will provide:
- Promotion of the event through the online calendar of events, weekly e-blast, and the monthly newsletter.
- Sign-in form.
The business will provide:
- Representative to make comments on behalf of the business (3–4 minute “commercial”).
- Refreshments for event attendees.
- Space/table for sign-in form.
- Door prizes or giveaways (optional).
- Possible theme to entice member attendance.
Business After Hours - $250
Enjoy refreshments and the possibility of new leads to end a busy workday!
Usually held on the second Thursday of the month, from 4:30–6 pm at the host/sponsor’s office of the Chamber member’s business. It’s a good idea to bring business cards as attendance averages 40 people. With refreshments and plenty of friendly faces, it’s the perfect way to end a busy day!
Chamber will provide:
- Promotion of the event through the online calendar of events, weekly e-blasts, and the monthly newsletter.
- Sign-in form
The business will provide:

Chamber 101: Get Plugged In - $100
The first 30 minutes of Chamber 101 consist of an orientation where veteran members discuss the benefits of membership, money-saving tips, and Chamber educational programs.
A networking event will be held at 4 p.m. that invites attendees to mingle and explore the products and services of new members. Veteran members are also invited to join the networking for group introductions.
Chamber will provide:
- Promotion of the event through the online calendar of events, weekly e-blasts, and the monthly newsletter.
- 3–4 minutes at the beginning of each seminar to provide an overview of your business.
- Refreshments for attendees.
Monthly Luncheon Sponsorship - $350
Join us for an upcoming Chamber Luncheon. Each luncheon features informative speakers, networking, and a delicious catered lunch. Just an hour and a half each month will keep you connected with Chamber members and the community.
Chamber luncheons are held from 11:30 am – 1 pm on the third Friday of every month, at various Chamber member locations. About 100 people attend the luncheons on average.
Chamber will provide:
- Promotion of the event through the online calendar of events, weekly e-blasts, and the monthly newsletter.
- Coordination of all event details including location, caterer, topics, and speakers.
Sponsors will receive:
- 3–4 minutes on the agenda to showcase their business.
- Opportunity to place literature at every place setting.
- Two reservations for the luncheon.
Recess for Success Sponsorship - $150
You can develop your business by using current and relevant information.
The Chamber’s Professional Development Series called Recess for Success takes place from 4–5 pm on the first Tuesday of each month. The Business Development Council schedules these seminars with professional experts in different fields.
Attendance at these seminars averages 40 members. All seminar topics are chosen from the annual Membership Educational Survey.
Chamber will provide:
- Promotion of the event through the online calendar of events, e-blasts, and the monthly newsletter.
- Sign-in form for attendees.
- Access to and exposure through the KCSourceLink Network of over 1,900 businesses and individuals.
- Refreshments for the attendees.
Chamber Young Professionals - $100
The Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce introduced the Chamber Young Professionals group in 2007. Membership consists of Lee’s Summit Chamber members between the ages of 21 and 35. The program provides these young business professionals with opportunities for increased networking, civic engagement, and lasting relationships.
With community engagement and the opportunity to make a difference, the Young Professionals group strives to empower young professionals in the community to impact the future of Lee’s Summit and impact the future of the region.
