Since opening in 2010, owners Kevin & Debbie Eck and Keith & Mindi Odehnal have been dedicated to sharing the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegars. Located in Summit Fair Shopping Center, with a second location in Zona Rosa, the stores carry over 50 flavors of extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars along with a variety of gourmet foods. Cookie Jar Bakery

Cookie Jar Bakery’s owner Lisa Hatfield has come a long way from baking cookies in her Easy Bake oven as a child and later decorating cakes in her mother’s bake shops. Following in her mother’s footsteps, she and her husband operate a thriving bakery business in Downtown Lee’s Summit using secret family recipes from her mom. As the name implies, cookies are their specialty. If you don’t find a design to fit your needs among their more than 400 cookie cutter shapes, they’ll create one! Lisa also still uses her cake decorating skills by offering delicious and beautiful wedding and birthday cakes.

Like many specialty bakeries, the quality of the product is influenced in large part by the passion of the owners, and Skratch Bakery owner, Ron Kelly, delivers. By using the finest ingredients, Ron creates delicious cakes, cookies, and yummy treats.
