2025 LSR-7 School Board Candidate Forum

The Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce hosted the 2025 LSR-7 School Board Candidate Forum Wednesday, March 12 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Missouri Innovation Campus.

The forum consisted of candidates who have filed to run for two open positions on the LSR-7 School Board. The election will take place April 8, 2025. Chamber members, citizens of Lee’s Summit and those within the LSR-7 School District were encouraged to attend this free event to hear directly from candidates and learn where they stand on a number of positions impacting the district.

To ensure the community was fully engaged in this forum, the event was live-streamed on the Chamber’s Facebook account as well as posted on the Chamber’s website and YouTube channel following the event.

During the forum, we allowed time for questions from the public.

Contact Matt Baird, Chamber President, at 816.524.2424 for more information.
